- 25 years’ experience in corporate and research communications, stakeholder engagement, marketing, digital and brand.
- An Education specialist, having led communications and engagement at three universities and colleges in England and Wales.
- Extensive experience in leading change communications and training leaders to communicate with clarity through change.
- Crisis communications and reputation management expertise across Local Government, Emergency Services, HE and FE, Sport, a national charity and financial services.
- A former sports journalist and editor, with deep media insight and a strong Public Relations track record.
- A lead consultant with the Association of Higher Education Professionals (AHEP) and associate consultant with Strive Higher.
